Laws like the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (in the U.S.) and similar consumer-protection rules in Canada prevent manufacturers from canceling your coverage just because you used aftermarket parts. A dealer can only deny a claim if they can prove the part itself directly caused the problem, and even then it only affects that specific system — not the entire vehicle. Since swissspec® upgrades are plug-and-play, reversible, and designed to work with OEM systems, warranty concerns are very rare.
